Through representation and inclusion at all levels, and progression through the system of government, to inspire current and future generations of ethnic minorities to resolutely pursue and achieve their full potential and transform the UK for the good of all.
Education
To see all Black learners in the UK feel the strongest possible connection to education, supported by a system that recognises, nurtures and promotes Black educators, and allows them to exert influence through networks and leadership roles held in the UK and abroad.
Business
To see an increase in the number of ‘Black-owned’ businesses in the UK, proportionate representation at senior levels in UK businesses, improved access to finance, and a coherent and organised network of Black business interests in the UK, knowledge sharing and providing resources for the purpose of providing support to its members.
Family
To support and empower families across the country to make informed decisions that will enable them to break through barriers, fulfil their potential and freely pursue their goals.
Religion
To see local churches united, living in God’s righteousness and filled with his love, flourishing under new generations of leaders who are more thoroughly and appropriately equipped for ministry than their predecessors, and who are able to see the transformation brought about by the Gospel spread from the Church into its environment.
Media
To see an increase in African & Caribbean progression to executive level to impact decision making, an eradication of underrepresentation at all levels, for the ethnicity pay gap to be closed, and to see an increase in African & Caribbean representation in content produced, without tokenism.
Arts & Entertainment
To see these industries characterised by equality in every dimension: participation, representation, finance, social capital ownership and leadership at all levels.
Health
To see representation at senior levels in all aspects of the health and care system, equal opportunities for training and leadership development, the upholding of policies and laws through quality frameworks, and regulators who act with transparency and equity.
